Your vinyl addiction: three gorgeous LPs issue 1

Welcome to a segment where we embrace your addiction shamelessly. We understand that you might even consider taking out a second mortgage on your house just to keep expanding your collection in a desperate attempt to fill the void deep within your soul. It’s time to succumb to your intrusive thoughts and admire some beautifully crafted LPs that have recently hit the shelves. I’m not sponsored by any of these bands, labels, or promoters. However, if you’re open to business discussions, let’s talk! After all, all principles bow down before the almighty dollar. Shall we dive in?

Crawl – Altar of Disgust: We’ve previously showered Crawl with praise, but don’t be misled by its raw, visceral attitude; this vinyl is a stunning bloodbath. Just take a moment to admire those intricate patterns. Clearly, there’s been a well-thought-out effort here. The band has been nothing but candid with me online and nearly convinced me to acquire this masterpiece. Well, I have good news for them. I’ve written an article, revealing that underneath all that raw power lies sheer beauty. Get it!

Dååth – The Deceivers: Dååth has undergone a radical change in sound, almost to the point of irreconcilability. Therefore, it’s no surprise that its latest LP also introduces a new aesthetic to the band. You might argue that it’s not the most astonishing or creative, but considering it’s from a band obsessed with the color gray, this metallic red with marble-like spots provides the perfect contrast to break away from a monochromatic routine. Besides, not everyone is seeking a wild LP; some prefer a more classic touch. But what if you desire something in between? Get it!

Coagulated Bliss – Full of Hell: There’s something oddly ironic about the fact that this album’s art resembles meta-gore and sounds like a younger Converge, yet the LP itself is so colorful, symmetrical, and elegant (hipster!). It’s a true testament to the schizoid experience you’re about to embark upon. What I appreciate about this design is its uniqueness. It eschews the typical Metal patterns entirely. If anything, it’s anti-Metal in style, and I love that because it’s genuinely subversive, and that’s what I’m here for: aimless rebellion! Get it!

So there you have it, three stunning LPs that deserve a spot in your ever-expanding collection. What if, by the time you read this, they’re completely sold out, and you feel misled by me? Well, that’s the life of a collector — the hunt never ends! Trade it for a kidney if you must; you’ll figure it out. They won’t make the pain go away; in fact, they might even make you regret what you’ve become. But hey, nothing quite like a dopamine rush, right?

Do you have a beautiful LP you’d like the world to see? Send us a picture in Instagram or Facebook and we’ll consider writing about it. And of course, tell us if you have an account where we can see your collection. We’ll ruthlessly promote you here. Join the cat cult: @metal_eclipse_reviews.
