You get what you pay for.

Colepitz – “Washed In Red”: I’m really wondering why these guys don’t have a label yet. This track is like Nu-Metal, but good. The production is pretty decent, and the guitar tone has that 2000s nostalgia many of you are looking for. Not bad at all.

Angry Freak – “No Regrets”: I still feel like this band could go heavier and give us more. The guitar work is pretty flashy, straight out of an old Power Metal album, but the rest sounds like Hard Rock playing from your dad’s car stereo. Make up your mind, guys.

Erbomb – “Dune”: An instrumental with guitar work that makes you feel warm, sunny, and almost happy. What a contrast to the current freezer I live in. This is proper shredding without the ridiculous showing off. Sometimes, guitarists can actually play fast without turning it into a desperate cry for attention. Who knew?

Desu Taem – several tracks with crazy names: So, more of the same. These guys keep being our patrons, so what can we do? It’s silly, goofy fun for the masses, the kind of music that makes us question our complete lack of good taste. Anyway, this is Radio Rock for laughs, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.

Deadrott – “Free Meat Grinder”: Finally, some reliable Death Metal that doesn’t fuck around. Just brutal breakdowns and godless blasting. What else do you want? There’s not much else to say, really. Turn it up, let your brain cells die, and have fun.

We Are to Blame – “Live Lost Love”: Some corny Power Metal with emotional lyrics. Okay, I’m kidding. Finally, a band with good production and musicians who actually know how to perform. These guys could probably get much bigger with the right promoter. Just saying. Someone get these guys a fucking deal.
